Who is responsible

Jusmet SA is responsible for the information you send through this site. Registered address: Av. Dr. Luis Alberto de Herrera 1052, Of. 1402, Montevideo, Uruguay. For anything about your data, write to info@jusmetsa.com.

What we collect and why

Contact form: your name, email, what you need and your message, so we can answer you. We also keep a record of the consent you gave (the wording, its version, the language and the time).

Candidate form: your name, email, a link to your LinkedIn or GitHub profile, the role you’re interested in, your country and your English level, so we can contact you about roles. We keep your profile for up to 12 months.

Bot protection: when you send a form, Vercel BotID checks technical signals from your browser to tell people from automated traffic.

Analytics: we use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which don’t use cookies and don’t identify you.

Your preferences: your browser stores whether you turned on reduced motion (localStorage), whether the opening already played in this visit (sessionStorage) and, if you use the button under the automation example, which example you picked (sessionStorage). They never leave your device.

Who processes it, and where

Vercel hosts the site and, when a form sends from the page, runs it; Resend then delivers the message to our inbox. Both are in the United States. When the form’s button reads “Open email draft”, nothing is sent from the page: your own email app sends the message to info@jusmetsa.com like any other email, and neither Vercel nor Resend receives it.

We share a candidate profile with a client company only after asking the candidate.

Transfers to the United States

Uruguay doesn’t list the United States as a country with an adequate level of protection. We transfer your data there on the basis of the consent you give when you send a form (Ley 18.331, art. 23).

How long we keep it

Contact messages: up to 24 months after our last exchange. Candidate profiles: up to 12 months after you send your profile.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, update, add to or delete your data by writing to info@jusmetsa.com. We answer within five business days. If you’re not satisfied, you can complain to the Unidad Reguladora y de Control de Datos Personales (URCDP).

Candidates in Argentina also have the rights granted by Ley 25.326.

Automated decisions

We don’t make decisions about you by automated processing alone (Ley 18.331, art. 16). The workflows shown on this site are examples; nothing on the site reads or scores candidate profiles.
